Terms of sale

RaftarGG sells digital goods. By paying you agree the product description, delivery window, and replacement window on the product page are the contract for that line. Some products list extra terms in their description.

Digital goods are delivered to the email and identifiers you type at checkout. A mistyped Discord user or expired invite is not a defect in the product. We will re-run the line once if you send the correct identifier inside the replacement window.

Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or abusive behavior void your warranty.

We are not affiliated with Discord Inc., Spotify, Google, ByteDance, or Netflix. Product names describe the good, not a partnership.

We are not responsible for any illegal or illegitimate use of our products or services.

We are not responsible if a product or service gets revoked or wasted because of your misuse or negligence.

We are not responsible if a platform revokes or discontinues a service at scale, or takes any other platform-wide action that ends a product or service.

If we can't reproduce a problem with other units from the same batch, we may ask for proof, such as your invoice or a screen recording of the product in use.
